Conveniently located near the Modbury Interchange and Tea Tree Plaza, this venue is nestled amongst beautiful gum trees.

The fantastic location to host a workshop, team building day or training. This little gem would also be perfect for small events or birthday parties. Access to a kitchen, 42 chairs and 12 trestles makes catering a breeze. Catering requirements must be supplied by hirer, no crockery, cutlery or serving utensils provided.

Kitchen includes fridge, electric stove and microwave.
