Theatre Mash (Teens Drama Workshop)
through Tutu Karralikanungku, Carclew
Theatre Mash at Carclew – 3-Day Theatre Intensive for Teens! Dates: Tuesday 7 October – Thursday 9 October Time: 10am - 4pm Tuesday and Wednesday. 10am-7pm Thursday Ages: 13–17 Cost: $150 per participant Location: Carclew, 11 Jeffcott St, North Adelaide Ready to flip the script on traditional theatre training? This isn’t your average drama workshop. Over three electrifying days, teens will dive into a collaborative, inside-out theatre experience that puts their creative instincts front and centre. No rigid rules. No top-down teaching. Just raw expression, bold ideas, and a space where young artists shape the story from within. Facilitators won’t be gatekeepers—they’ll be co-creators, helping unlock the artistic power participants already hold. The workshop culminates in a live presentation crafted entirely by the group, showcasing their voices, visions, and vibe. It’s theatre that’s inclusive, edgy, and unapologetically youth-led. Come create something real. This program is led by Nate Charles Karagiannis-Troisi, an award winning multidisciplinary theatre facilitator, educator, performer, and researcher whose work spans genres, continents, and communities. Limited spots available – book now! Accessibility information: This event will occur within Carclew’s Band rooms, Art room, Digital Suite and Ballroom. Ramp entrance available at rear of building. Further information about accessibility for this venue is available on Carclew’s website. |
