Trans Justice Adelaide Meeting
– Epworth Building
Trans Justice Adelaide is a group of diverse trans people who meet regularly. Our group exists to combat anti-trans disinformation and promote transgender people as an accepted part of civil society. We are affiliated with the Trans Justice Project the first, trans-led, national campaigning organisation in Australia. Our mission is to build a powerful, trans-led movement standing up for freedom, justice, and equality for all trans and gender diverse people. We are working together with our communities, loved ones, and allies to bring about a future where all trans people are safe, celebrated, and free. |

Anti Poverty Network SA | Southern Branch Meeting
– Marion Cultural Centre
Please join us for the first meeting of the Anti-Poverty Network SA’s Southern Branch for 2025! We are hoping to welcome some new faces, as well as start planning and implementing key actions for our activism around the poverty and housing crises in the lead-up to this year’s Federal election. We would love to see a good turnout to kick off the year, and to get a broad range of ideas and input to support our work in the southern suburbs. 🙂 |

Grannies For Action: Jobseeker Payments Need To Rise
– Clarence Park Community Centre
JOBSEEKER PAYMENTS NEED TO RISE! Join Grannies for Action and the Anti-Poverty Network SA for a powerful community forum centring the voices that matter most — people with lived experience of surviving on JobSeeker. In one of the wealthiest countries in the world, people relying on JobSeeker are being forced to live in deep poverty. This isn’t inevitable — it’s a political choice. Hear firsthand stories of what it really means to live on an income that doesn’t cover the basics. Together, we’ll unpack the reality, challenge harmful narratives, and build momentum for change. How can we allow this to continue? We can’t — and we won’t. Come along, listen, learn, and be part of collective action for a more just and fair society.
We strive to make our events as accessible as possible. Please let us know about your accessibility needs, and we will attempt to assist you. Further Info: info@apnsa.org |
