 nction Rebellion\, an international movement using non-violent mass civi
 l disobedience as a tried and tested way to force governments to take th
 e action that is needed.&#13\;\n&#13\;\n'Heading for Extinction and what
  to do about it’ generally precedes the Non-Violent Direct Action (NVDA)
 /Civil Disobedience training.  This introductory talk and NVDA training 
 will help you get involved with the XR movement. We also run regular onl
 ine orientation/Q&amp\;A space for new rebels\, which introduces you to 
 Extinction Rebellion\, how it works\, what its aims\, principles and val
 ues are\, and how you can get involved. NVDA training is an introduction
  for those who want to participate in mass actions and you can also take
  part in more specific action skills trainings.&#13\;\n&#13\;\n‘Heading 
 for Extinction and what to do about it' provides an up-to-date and hones
 t picture of what is causing the climate emergency\, and what needs to h
 appen\, urgently\, to prevent the worst of climate disasters.  There are
